Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, great and brilliant location in the residence area. Terrific service, pleasant and very polite staff during stay.

The beds were very comfy and the double room itself was airy and tastefully decorated. The food selection at breakfast was plentiful. The location was exceptionally nice close to bus stops that could take you straight to town for £ 2. The service was very good and the food was good. The staff was excellent, always on hand when needed.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

We had the triple room and it was huge with private bathroom.

The breakfast offered variety of superb meals. Our double room was equipped with shower as well as nice views.

Facilities were brilliant, nevertheless Wi-Fi was bad.

The morning breakfast was plentiful with delicious homemade scones and an extra treat, for instance. The staff from start to finish were excellent.

Spacious & clean hotel, its location is particularly good close to center, Royal Mile, Princes Street, Castle, and Museum. Make sure to get triple room with tea coffee, shower, for example.

Quiet and perfect hotel, we loved this place.

The location was favourable and magnificent close to bus stops that could take you straight to town for £2. For short-orders there was Costa Coffee, we found it close by. Triple room with an another attached bedroom for the third person which also had plenty of space, had essentials required. Coffee, a kettle and a carpet were included.

Our room was bright and quiet with a great view, tea coffee plus shower gel, just what we needed. Being at the end of the road was great, pleasant location near to centre.

The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfy bed and a large bathroom. Mountain view here was absolutely stunning. The service was all in all very good. The staff were excellent, we had an easy check-in process.

I was offered a plentiful breakfast with a nice view out the window. Loved staying at the well heated and tidy triple room with surprisingly large bathroom. The good and excellent location walk from a bus stop was just what I needed. There were pubs and golf courses walk from the place.

The breakfast was plentiful with delicious homemade scones and with good food, and the staff was very very helpful.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.
